Before you start Add your name, the date, the competition name and tick the tee you are playing from. You’ll also need to enter your handicap and how many strokes you are receiving. Lastly, don’t forget to swap cards with your playing partners before you tee off. During your round The key to marking a Stableford card is making note of each hole’s stroke index. Doing this allows you to then work out how many points your playing partner has scored on each hole. A nett eagle is worth 4 points, a birdie 3 points, a par 2 points, a bogey 1 point and anything worse scores 0 points. At the end When you’ve finished it is good practice to add up the points for each nine and put the total points scored in the big box at the bottom. Most importantly, don’t forget to sign the card and hand it back in once you’ve cross-referenced the scores with your fellow competitor. |
